About
Amy is a registered clinical psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of mental health difficulties. She also provides assessment and support for issues such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
In her practice, she delivers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Meta-Cognitive Therapy (MCT). Amy believes a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship is a key factor in helping her clients reach their goals and make positive changes towards living a meaningful and fulfilled life.
Alongside private practice, Amy continues to work for the CDHB in the Child, Adolescent & Family Mental Health Service.
