About
Amy is a registered clinical psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of
mental health difficulties.
She also provides ADHD and ASD assessments for both children and adults, as well as support for these conditions.
Amy previously worked at CAF Services, providing support to children, families, and young people.
In her practice, she utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches, including
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Meta-Cognitive Therapy (MCT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She believes that a secure and supportive therapeutic relationship is essential in helping clients achieve their goals and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives.
Amy is also fluent in Mandarin and can offer assessments and therapy in the language.
