The Psychology Hub is a collective group of registered mental health professionals who share a vision for providing high quality psychological services to the community. Our five directors oversee the running of the collective and management of our group practice premises. Our individual clinicians run their own private practice businesses separate to The Psychology Hub (TPH).
Individual clinicians are not employed by TPH and whilst TPH facilitates referrals to our clinicians, TPH does not hold clinical responsibility or oversight for any client engaged with individual practitioners. Once engaged with a practitioner, clients are bound by terms of engagement as set out by that clinician and are seen as clients of the practitioner’s separate business and not TPH.
If you have concerns or wish to make a complaint about service received, we encourage you to first address these concerns directly with the clinician involved. As a consumer of a health service, you have the right to make a complaint to the HDC or the clinician’s registration body if you have concerns about the service you receive.
Clinicians keep their own client records and do not share confidential client information with each other or TPH management (except during clinical supervision or in managing risk issues appropriately).
Referrals sent via ERMS and all e-mails sent to our team email address may be viewed by any of our team (including our administrator).
